Founded in 2015, we are proud to provide unique, community-based travel experiences while empowering local women, many of whom are students and passionate riders. We strive to offer professional, safe, and unforgettable journeys to all of our guests.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any of our tours.
Motogirltour is a legally registered and operating business. Our team consists of trained tour leaders and riders who prioritize safety, customer service, and cultural sensitivity. Although some of our riders are students, they are skilled, well-trained, and operate with the highest level of professionalism.
By booking a tour with Motogirltour, you acknowledge that:
Riding on a motorbike involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic accidents, road conditions, weather changes, and other unforeseen circumstances.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, or damage that may occur during your participation in the tour.
Motogirltour does not provide personal travel or health insurance for customers. We strongly recommend all participants obtain their own insurance prior to the tour.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, you agree to:
Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
Wear helmets and safety gear provided or advised.
Inform us in advance of any existing medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or illnesses that could affect your health or safety during the tour.
Treat our team and the local communities with respect and consideration.
Your safety is our top priority. We take the following measures to ensure a secure tour:
We assess all routes and destinations for safety and accessibility.
Our motorbikes are regularly maintained and inspected.
Our guides are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures.
However, you are responsible for your own well-being, and we ask you to be honest and transparent with us regarding any health concerns before the tour starts.
By joining our tours, you agree to release Motogirltour, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any liability for:
Injury, loss, or damage to your person or property during the tour.
Any cancellations or changes due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via our official website, social media, or authorized partners.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a partial refund if applicable.
We promote responsible tourism. Discriminatory, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not adhere to our safety or ethical standards. We have zero tolerance for sexual harassment.
